Reptile Expo was a Success!

I hope many of you attended the Watsach Reptile Expo this past weekend.  It was a wonderful event!  Thank you to the many people who put it together!  Scales and Tails had a great time talking to people and introducing them to several members of our show namely “Squish”, “Nanners”, “Bubbles” and “Jub Jub”.  I think we saw at least 1000+ people come through the expo.  This was a great event to purchase new pets and to replenish supplies at much lower prices then you can buy them at the store.  At our booth we were also selling T-Shirts and Reptile Rookie memberships.  If you missed out on either one and would still like to purchase a T-shirt or membership, please contact us and well get you more information on how to do so.

Announcing: “Scales & Tails Reptile Rookies” & the Reptile Expo

Scales & Tails Utah will be selling memberships to our new kids club “Scales & Tails Reptile Rookies” at the reptile expo this upcoming weekend.  The reptile expo is this Saturday & Sunday, September 20-21.  The expo is a great place to start if you are looking for a new pet or if you are looking for good deals on cages and general setup materials for your cage.  Shane & Rindy of Scales and Tails Utah will be there both days to answer questions about the different type of shows we do and to sell memberships to the “Reptile Rookies” kids club.  The membership will give the cardholder special discounts off of merchandise and reptile shows as well as give them free admission to some of our upcoming classes and feeding sessions (plant eaters only).  We will be selling the memberships for $15 at the expo.  We will also be selling some of our brand new Scales and Tails Utah T-Shirts that have some of your favorite reptiles on them like “Squish” and “Jub Jub”!  So come out this weekend to the Reptile Expo!  It’s something you won’t want to miss!

Danny is a great friend of ours from Texas.  He is the one that got Shane into doing reptile shows.  Danny will have crocodillians and alligator snapping turtles. These are animals that we are not allowed to own here in Utah without special permits.
